Coaching & Guidance Sessions

Self-Discovery Coaching & Guidance

“The reason we’re here in this world at all is to study ourselves” -Pema Chodron

First Step: Introductory Session (no charge)

The purpose of the introductory session is for you and I to get to know each other and to see if we should continue forward with the next step.

Next Step: Self-Discovery Consulting & Coaching Sessions (Limited Time Introductory Offer: $25/hour)

In these sessions we begin to study who you are and who you are not. We often create a false self or selves, which function in the world in our many roles. But underneath this is a part of us that is more true and real, our authentic self. We will dig deeper and discover what brought you to where you are now and connect with the map inside your soul so that your movements forward come from your more authentic self.

Self-Care Planning & Coaching

Self-Care is the entry point to going deeper into the Soul.

First Step: Introductory Session (no charge)

The purpose of the introductory session is for you and I to get to know each other and to see if we should continue forward with the next step.

Next Step: Initial Assessment & Planning  (Limited Time Introductory Offer: $50)

The purpose of the self-care assessment is for you and I to take an inventory of your life: what’s working, what isn’t. How can you get more space in your life, your body, mind, and soul. We will also assess your strengths and obstacles and create a plan that works for you and your life.

Coaching & Guidance (Limited Time Introductory Offer: $25/hour)

Once the plan is created, it becomes a working document that will be implemented into your daily routine. The plan is not meant to be static.  Therefore, we can continue to work together to see what is working and what is not and change the plan as needed.
